Earthworks Tipis
Warm in Winter, Cool in Summer
The tipis (teepee) we sew are patterned after the three-pole Lakota design with the addition of graceful, elongated, Cheyenne-style smoke flaps. We make tipis (teepees) in the spirit of the Native American, practical and artistic—as beautiful as they are serviceable. Although we use modern, durable materials, we are reluctant to tinker with the original design. We combine the noble, comfortable shape with the resilience to last many years.
